I have been training with Jem for 5 years he is an excellent personal trainer with proper scientific knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and nutrition that can seriously help his clients attain the goals they want.

Being an orthopaedic surgeon myself I always did appreciate his scientific approach, based on deep knowledge and education and not simply regurgitating myths and false information like you sadly often see in gyms.

I needed to get back into shape and focused on bodybuilding and competitions. I went to Jem, an IFBB Pro and the best example of a bodybuilder I know.

Jem transformed me from bulky and fat to shredded and muscular in a short time frame. He got me back into the world of bodybuilding, eating correctly, training correctly. We worked on my posing together and also he worked on my training form and intensity.
